Safety Check: $45
Got a new or new-to-you bicycle or ebike and want a seasoned mechanic to take a look at it? This is the service level for you. Every component will be inspected for integrity and proper function. Includes minor adjustments to get you rolling right, but parts will generally stay on the bike (does not include wheel true, flat fix, etc). Charge is due upfront and still applies even if bike is not deemed safe. Think of it as a “pass/fail” assessment. This charge can be rolled into the price of a tune-up if more work is needed.

Full Tune-Up (aka “Regular Tune”): $150
Comprehensive service for a bike that has seen some miles or maybe been in a basement or storage unit for a while and needs some TLC. Generally, all labor is included (contact shop for exceptions), but parts are not included. If you want get 100% ready for a season of riding, this is the service package for you.

Full eBike Tune-Up (aka “Regular eTune”): $180
Includes everything in the Full Tune-Up, but for eBikes.

Overhaul: $60 per component
Add-on for Full Tune-Up. Complete disassembly, new bearings, new grease, reassembly, and adjustment of bearing systems (hubs, headset, bottom bracket, and/or pedals). Price is per component, so a full bike overhaul – 2 hubs, 1 headset, 1 bottom bracket – is $240, in addition to tune-up price. This is rarely necessary, but provides the peace of mind that your cups and cones are rolling right.

À la carte installations and repairs: contact shop for prices
If your bike is basically fine, but you have a part or two that needs some attention, we can help! Generally, this will be less costly and a faster turnaround than a tune-up. However, if your bike is heavily used, this level of service may not be appropriate. Contact shop for details.

Excessively Dirty Bike Cleaning Fee: $50
Add-on for Full Tune-Up. Some bikes are disgusting, no offense. This will be discussed before work is completed, but is non-negotiable if you want us to work on your excessively dirty bike. If you never clean your bike, if you apply lube and don’t clean off the excess, if you ride it hard and put it away wet, this will likely apply to your bike. 🙂
